VitIQ gives you general wellness and educational information about supplements. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional. Always get professional advice before you start, stop or combine any supplement or medication.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Viral Coefficient s.r.o. (IČO: 30073235) ("VitIQ", "we", "us"), the provider of the VitIQ mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides general information about dietary supplements, including educational summaries of research, evidence ratings, dosing information, reminders and stock tracking. This content is for informational and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make about supplements or your health. You use the Service and any information in it at your own risk.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
The Service may link to third-party retailers (for example Notino or Dr.Max). Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not sell supplements, do not control those retailers, and are not responsible for their products, prices, content or policies. Any purchase is a contract between you and the retailer.
The Service, including its content, design, text, graphics and software, is owned by VitIQ or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal use. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, Supabase and analytics providers, and may reference external sources such as PubMed or the NIH. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services or sources. Your use of the App Store and Apple software is also subject to Apple's terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information in it is accurate, complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitIQ and Viral Coefficient s.r.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of health, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information in it, including any decision you make about supplements or your health.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 20 EUR. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitIQ and Viral Coefficient s.r.o. from any claims, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
