VitIQ ("we", "us") is a mobile app that helps you plan your supplement routine, track what you take and have in stock, and understand the science behind it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The data controller is Viral Coefficient s.r.o. (IČO: 30073235); contact us anytime at josef@taticek.com.
Your supplement plan, dose logs, streaks, stock counts, reminder times and preferences are stored locally on your phone. If you don't sign in, this data never leaves your device and we can't see it.
If you create an account to sync across devices, we process your email address, a securely hashed password, and an optional display name / username. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple gives us a private identifier and, only if you allow it, your name and email (you may hide your real email).
To understand what's useful and fix problems, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example: "onboarding completed", "audit opened"). These are tied to a random identifier, not to your name, and never include health details you enter.
When you tap "Buy", we open a retailer's website (e.g. Notino, Dr.Max). Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not share your personal data with these retailers.
Our legal bases (GDPR) are performing our contract with you (running the app you asked for), your consent (analytics, optional account), and our legitimate interest in improving and securing the product.
Synced account data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) on servers in the European Union. We also rely on Apple (Sign in with Apple, app delivery) and, for anonymous analytics, PostHog. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Czechia, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
We keep your account data only for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your synced data is removed. Local data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app.
VitIQ is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
VitIQ provides general wellness information and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or combining supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
